Do You Got The Heel Pain Blues? Part 2

Hopefully, some of you have tried the treatment suggestion in my first post, “Do You Got The Heel Pain Blues Part 1“,  and are on the road to recovery.  I thought that I would do a quick little video and share some more heel pain relieving tips if your still singing the heel pain blues below:

READ THIS DISCLAIMER PLEASE!!

I’m going to stop right here and let you know that I am NOT a physician, and the expressed treatment suggestions that I’m going to tell you about are ones that I have used with some success.  I am writing this post, simply because I have a deep passion to help anyone who is going through this debilitating condition, and these home treatment methods are worth trying.  I am also a certified Podiatric Medical Assistant, and I have been the business manager for a Podiatry practice for the past 17 years.  So,  I do know a thing or two about heel pain, but PLEASE remember that everyone is different and if these treatment suggestions are not working for you, PLEASE go and see your local podiatrist to get professional medical help.

Vionic Womens Tide II Orthaheel Thong Sandal Shoe

I knew the first time I put my aching feet into a Vionic sandal, that they were made for me!  Vionic shoes with Orthaheel technology were designed by a podiatrist, and basically they are biomechanically engineered to hug your arches, which supports natural alignment.  I own some sandals, flip-flops, and gym shoes, and I check back often on Amazon to get the best price which ranges from $30-$100.

By the way…..I wear my Orthosleeve Natural colored heel pain socks with my sandals sometimes when I need some extra support, and they blend right into my tan.  LOL

Thanks for checking out my pain relief tips for the heel pain relief, and I hope that some of this information was useful to you if you are a sufferer.  Just so you know that some of the links above are my affiliate links, and I will get a small commission fee if you decide to buy.  I thank you for your support, and I hope you come back for more super saving tips, product review, and news.
